MyMOCA is a FREE utility app with no fees, no commissions, and no charges for the sale of artwork.

Upload art is created, found, or collected for the purpose of its promotion and protection only. Operators’ data will not be used for any other purpose.

Works of art can be sold, traded, gifted, or loaned using a blockchain transfer feature, which allows operators to negotiate terms, trace a piece’s provenance of creation and history of ownership.

Operators detail and customize any terms or commissions with each transfer individually.

Any payment for art or services takes place between operators using their preferred payment methods. MyMOCA does not process payments. Artists need to insure their own artworks.

Artwork can be used as a form of currency by transferring the artwork credential.

Once a credential transfer is accepted, each owner’s data becomes locked and only the current holder of the artwork can add to its history. Operators can only add to the story in a transfer but not change original Credential.

Once art is uploaded it becomes identifiable with the SCAN feature, and the operator will know if it has been uploaded or scanned it in the past, when previous scans/uploads took place, and where their art has been featured over time (private collection, institution installation, virtual or physical gallery, movie/TV appearances, etc.)

You can host, post, share, submit, and map a work of art for it to be shown everywhere in the world. With the permission of the artist, art can also be submitted to a movie or tv show.

An “Institution” account accepts submissions for exhibitions and “Individuals” submit art for shows. Each account requires its own email address. Notifications are optional, we recommend the unobtrusive badge number on MyMOCA icon.

From the “Controls” page, operators can interact with all features listed.
The “Homepage” functions as a familiar social media feed, with the opportunity to like, vote, and comment (either publicly or privately) on artworks.
